TRACTOR FRUIT TASTING TOUR
Price per person, one hour fruit tasting adventure tour around the orchard, tasting different fruit varieties as you go, U-Pick on tours optional.
FRUIT BOTTLING WORKSHOP
Per person. A Hands on Fruit Bottling session, learn the basics needed in order to successfully preserve your own fruit – a lot of fun for kids of all ages. Includes 1 bottle of fruit to take home

Children's Birthday Party Package

Celebrate your child’s birthday surrounded by the natural beauty of Rayner’s Orchard. Our farm offers a unique and stress-free party experience where we handle everything, allowing you to relax and enjoy the day.
- A 20-minute tractor ride through our scenic orchards, led by one of our friendly guides, will introduce you to the farm and its animals. Our animals love visitors and will eagerly await your arrival, hoping for a treat!
- After meeting the animals, choose from fun activities like fruit bottling or seed sowing.
- Enjoy your private party area with a choice of assorted sandwiches or BBQ sausage and bread, accompanied by a fresh veggie stick platter and a farm-fresh fruit platter.
- We cater to dietary requirements with prior notice.
- After the meal, let the kids play in our sandpit or dive right into the birthday cake (you can bring your own or pre-order one through us for an additional cost).
Terms & Conditions
- Designed for children aged 3-14 years.
- The package includes a non-refundable fee of $450.00 (GST inclusive) for one Kids Birthday Party.
- The package covers a private tractor tour, exclusive party space, and food and drinks for up to ten children (including the birthday child) and one adult.
- Additional guests are welcome: $40.00 per child (includes food and beverages), $19.00 per adult (excludes food and beverages).
- Please note that no additional food can be brought in, but cakes are allowed. A cakeage fee of $2.00 per guest applies.
Cancellation Policy
- The $450.00 fee is non-refundable.
- Changes to guest numbers are allowed up to 3 days before the event. However, any “Add-ons” purchased are non-refundable.
- Rates may vary and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Tour Tractor Adult to Child Ratios
- Baby to 36 months: 1:1 (Adult must attend)
- 36 months to 5 years: 1:4
- 5 years to 14 years: 1:5
- (In accordance with our safety policy)
